30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your Nestova Stone Drying Mat within 30 days of receiving it, you may request a refund—no questions asked.


Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be in original condition (unused or gently tested)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@nestova.us with:

    • Your name and order number

    • Reason for the refund request (optional)

    • A photo of the product (for quality tracking purposes)

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm next steps.


Return Shipping

  • U.S. Orders: We may provide a return label if needed.

  • International Orders: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

In some cases, to reduce environmental impact, we may process refunds without requiring a return.


Refund Processing

  • Once your return is approved or waived, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken, stained, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement right away.


Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Intentional damage or misuse

  • Requests made after 30 days

  • Items returned in poor or heavily used condition
