If you’re not happy with your Nestova Stone Drying Mat within 30 days of receiving it, you may request a refund—no questions asked.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
The item must be in original condition (unused or gently tested)
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@nestova.us with:
Your name and order number
Reason for the refund request (optional)
A photo of the product (for quality tracking purposes)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm next steps.
Return Shipping
U.S. Orders: We may provide a return label if needed.
International Orders: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
In some cases, to reduce environmental impact, we may process refunds without requiring a return.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved or waived, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives broken, stained, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement right away.
Non-Refundable Situations
